Say hello to the newest member of the Deerfield Farm – our turkey named Truffles. No, he’s not going on a dinner plate, he’s a permanent resident here.

That being said, it was fun to help teach the girls about where their food comes from, and to respect the world around them a little more. They adore him – he barely tolerates anything, but that’s a turkey for you.
